Singapore slings, Angkor Wat and Thai smiles

I had been lucky enough to be accepted into a summer school program in Singapore. It was a joint venture between the National University of Singapore, Yale and Copenhagen, with students from all three universities. We attended lectures and wrote essays – big time! But we also had time to explore Singapore – and there was also time for the highlight of the summer school; a 10 day fieldtrip to Thailand and Cambodia. It was a highly rewarding program, we learned a lot and all made lots of new friends – good times!
