Silk Road
The beginning of our grand journey, talking us down the Silk Road witnessing the magnificent structures of Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent, and the harsh heat of the Uzbek desert sands. We ventured into the Kyrgyz mountains and were taken back be the serenity of the valleys and gloroius blue skies. Finally we ended our silk road trip in western china, were islamic culture meets the chinese, in a interings but difficult mix.
